Finca la caseta (vineyard):
At 180 m altitude with a strong maritime influence due to the proximity of the sea (6 km). Shallow calcareous clay soils and low organic matter. 100% expression of the terroir.

(Yields of de 1-1,5 kg per vine)
Grapes selection on the vine and hand harvested in boxes. Cooled grapes and posterior pellicular prefermentative maceration (2-6 ° C) during 45 hours. Controlled Alcoholic fermentation at 12,5 ºC during 25 days into pottery amphora of 200L – 800L. Rest in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. Bottled in April 2015.

Tasting notes:
Straw-yellow colour with golden reflexes.
In nose stands out for its aromatic complexity, acidic white fruit notes, wild plants, such as rosemary and thyme, and salt markedly background.
The entrance in mouth is wide and fresh, with a sweet and mineral step. The finish is long and inviting with a bitter point reflecting the varietal characteristic.
