Finca la caseta (vineyard):
At 180 m altitude with a strong maritime influence due to the proximity of the sea (6 km). Shallow calcareous soils and low organic matter. 100% expression of the terroir.
Elaboration:
Grapes selection on the vine and hand harvested in boxes. Cooled grapes and posterior pellicular prefermentative maceration (2-4°C) during 48 hours. Controlled Alcoholic fermentation at 12,5 ºC during 19 days into pottery amphora of 200 l. Rest in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. Bottled in April 2015.

Tasting notes:
Golden colour with reddish reflexes.
In nose stands out citrus fruits like grapefruit and tangerine, and a background of stone fruit like plums and peaches.
The entrance in mouth is fresh, with a greedy step and a long and refreshing final.
